TRAINING CLASS SCHEDULE Class Registration Form
Puppy Kindergarten Class Tuesday, March 2 - 23, 2010 7:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 7 - 28, 2010 7:00 - 8:00 PM Saturday, May 1 - 22, 2010 12:30 - 1:30 PM $80 - includes treats and written materials
We concentrate on socialization and basic manners. Your puppy will learn: sit, down, shake, come, and stay. An open play time is also included in each class.
Puppy Kindergarten is open to all puppies up to 6 months of age.
Puppies must be up to date on vaccines - at least 10 days beyond their first Distemper and Bordetella vaccines. Rabies is required when age appropriate. A negative fecal exam is also required.
The entire family is encouraged to attend class together.
Elementary School Saturday February 20 - March 27, 2010 2:00 - 3:00 PM Monday, March 8 - April 12, 2010 7:00 - 8:00 PM Saturday, April 17 - May 22, 2010 2:00 - 3:00 PM Monday, May 10 - June 21, 2010 (no class on Memorial Day 5/31) 7:00 - 8:00 PM $120 - includes treats and written materials Topics and commands covered in class include: sit, down, come, stay, heel, tricks and leash manners. Optional play sessions are included at the end of each class.
Elementary School is open to all dogs over 6 months of age. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines: Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. A negative fecal exam is also required.
Tricks Class Saturday, April 17 - May 8, 2010 12:30 - 1:30 PM $80 - includes treats and written materials Old and young dogs can learn new tricks. This fun class is a way to continue training after basic obedience class. Basic manners will be reinforced while also learning fun new ways for you and your dog to show off to friends and families. Tricks covered in class include: Roll over, bow, crawl, peek-a-boo, and many more.
Canine Good Citizen Class Tuesday, April 6 - May 18, 2010 7:00 - 8:00 PM $150 - includes class and test $20 - test only on May 18
This two part program stresses responsible pet ownership, and basic good manners for dogs. All dogs must pass a 10 step test held during the last class to receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club. For additional information on the CGC program, visit www.akc.org.

NEW! Reactive Dog / Focus Class Orientation - Saturday, February 27th 12:30 PM Class - Saturday, March 6 - April 3, 2010 12:30 - 1:30 PM $150 - includes treats and written materials
The goal of this class is to achieve focus from your dog, which in turn helps your dog react less to other dogs. You will learn to redirect your dog's energy and attention to you. You will be in a class with others who understand your dog's situation, because they are going through it too.
Dogs are not to attend the orientation. Children under 14 will not be allowed in class. Dogs must be up to date on vaccines: Distemper, Bordetella and Rabies.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot guarantee that all dogs will stop their reactive behavior. This class is designed to give you the tools to get you started on a program that can take months of hard work and dedication.
